Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, and Security Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for a period of 30 days after you receive the product that we
shipped you. You must return the product to us at your expense, unless you received
the wrong item or the item was damaged when you received it. In those cases, we
will refund your ground shipping costs. After we have received your return, we
will give you a credit for the cost or send you a replacement or exchange based
on your request.
Shipment on Orders
We only ship orders within the United States. We ship most in-stock product orders within 72 hours from receipt of your order.
Your electronic membership gives you access online to the existing content. We
are continually adding new electronic content to our site. Our shipping and
handling charges for books is $5.00 for the first item and $3.00 for
each additional item up to a maximum charge of $15.00 We ship media mail. For
an extra charge, we will ship UPS or FedEx ground, or UPS or FedEx air services.
Our shipping and handling charges may or may not reflect our actual costs.
Cancellation Policy
Our online subscription service fee and downloads of digital content are
non-returnable and non-cancellable. Please look carefully at our river maps and
content before you sign up for our electronic membership. Your membership, once
you sign up and give us your credit card, is good for the membership period and
cannot be cancelled.
Third-party Advertisers on Our Site
We have many advertisers on our site that offer products and services that might
interest you. We are not liable for any offers, services, and/or products that
they sell you. You agree that any offers of services or products from other
companies are solely liable and that Flyfishersguide.com and Wilderness Adventures
Press, Inc. is not liable.
Your Membership to Use This Site
We grant you limited right to use this site. Your use of this site is solely for
the purpose of acquiring information and shopping. Flyfisher?sguide.com retains
the title, rights, and all interest in the content of this site.
